The School EventPay App easily handles all your children, even if they are at different schools! Just add each child to the School EventPay App with the Unique Code that was emailed to you for each of your children.

Each school will set up one administrator account. The Administrator Account is able to set up multiple Department Head accounts. The Department Heads can set up an unlimited number of Event Managers that will be able to create events from the school roster uploaded by the school administrator account. Each school has total control of who they allow to be Event Managers.
No Problem. School EventPay is an App that operates like any other App on your phone. Just restore your new phone from a backup or download the App again and once logged in all your account information will still be there.

The software is completely free for the schools. The App is a free download for the parents. We charge 1% when payments are made for an event. Credit Card processing fees may also apply.
School EventPay uses a third party payment processing company to process ACH and Credit Card payments. The fee is 0.8% for ACH and 2.9% +$0.30 for Credit Cards. We will be reducing the fee percent soon as payment processing volume increases.
School EventPay does not save any of your payment information on our servers. We use a fully PCI certified and DSS compliant third party payment processing company.
Yes! Only you can view your child’s information. Your school will send you an email with a unique code that only allows you to view your child’s information.
School EventPay has a team available to track down any problem with sending, receiving or processing errors. Just click the icon from inside the App and open up a conversation with us.
Yes! Once you set up your account… you will be able to invite “secondary users”. This allows you to let Grandparents or others be notified of your child’s events. They can also pay for events if you give them this access.
The School EventPay software is built on Apple and Android platforms. You can use iPad’s or Android Tablets if you do not have a smart phone.
Just open the event in the School EventPay App and select “Request to Cancel”. This will send a notification to the School Event Manager of your cancelation.
After you click “Request to Cancel” from the School EventPay app the school event manager has instant access to reverse the payment. Refunds take a few business days to show up back in your account. If you do not receive a full refund of your payment, please contact your school to discuss.
The School EventPay App allows the school to refund all or a portion of an event back to the parent. If you do not receive a full refund… please contact your school for more information. Possible reasons why a school may not refund your full amount may be…
-The school has already paid for the event and cannot offer a refund to you.
-The School may only be able to get a partial refund for you.
